  Excellent customer service. I went to 5 different sprint stores in the past month and this was by far the best service I got. The store manager actually knew what he was talking about and what he was doing when he assisted me and was very helpful even with the store getting busy he took his time to carefully assist me with the process of upgrading my iPhone and backing up my information from my old phone. All the employees in the store were very helpful and friendly and I really felt that they went above and beyond to resolve my issues and made the whole process go by as quick as possible
